„Drum’n’Basme” | Unfold Motion (performative installation)

The concept behind the installation is the fairy tale, as a cohesive factor between generations. The artistic team will create a fairy-tale experience through vintage (vinyl plates played with pick-up and live narration) and contemporary (sound processing software, video projections, light design) means. A unique aspect of this project is the combination of stories recorded on vinyl plates with electronic music genres such as boom bap/beats instrumental/lo-fi/downtempo/trip hop/ethnic electronica/world music, thus outlining a dialogue between different time periods and generations of people. The duration of the performative audio-video installation is 60 minutes.
